Rachel O’Connell represented a successful claimant in the London South Employment Tribunal. The Tribunal found that the Claimant suffered pregnancy-related sex discrimination. A remedy hearing is in December.

Geoffrey Bignell represented the successful claimant, a bank nurse, in London South Employment Tribunal. The Tribunal found that the Claimant was an employee, and not self-employed as the respondent argued. Her claims for unlawful deduction from wages, holiday pay and notice pay were successful.
